Thankx for your reply. Do you use BH 2.1.5? Without having the new Full HD-Skins there are other known issues, i.e. EMC.
I'll try it later and keep you informed.

Mediaportal working wit all old skins format 1280 x 720

You can test Mediaportal with 1920 x 1080 format
with test skin on BH Server

MX_HQ5 BH 2.1.5 (test version)

DarkSky works perfect and even looks better than MX_HQ-skins.

You set the problem in the wrong direction


DarkSky is not HQ skin format 1920 x 1080 and Mediportal also not if you use any of old skins format
1280 x 720.
Mediaportal working with all old skins not only with DarkSky.
But if you like to have Mediportal with skin format 1920 x 1080
you have to use 1920 x 1080 format skin.

I'm using on duo2 mediaportal with mx hq6 skin on full HD Sony Bravia and screen is oversized ( picture is bigger than visible screen on TV ) Does exists something like screen calibration size on xbmc

mediaportal is not XBMC Plugin ???

Have you tried with UIPositionSetup Plugin
First enable in Black Hole Speed Up (blue >>Blue button>>Black Hole Speed Up)
And in Green Panel (Plugins) adjust/calibrate position

There are is also calibration in XBMC in System>>System (setings level Expert or standard for system panel) >>Video output >Video calibration

Only for report that with MX HQ6 media portal not working correctly : when I tried to play any video screen stayed on live TV and decoder no respond to remote

Just installed BH on my box and after installing Mediaportal, when I tried to watch any video it just comes back to the channel an no input via remote control is possible anymore. Have to turn off the box via power switch.
Tried with Mediaportal 7.1.4 and then with 7.1.3. No change.
VU+ Solo Se . BH version 2.1.7.
Does anyone has an idea?
