Realtek rtl8812au driver for new Vu+ kernel

The reference team of my receiver still uses old driver version, which simple won't work. So I just asked u to do me that tiny favor... Would have been kind, but it's ok that u don't want to help.

i am trying to install rtl 8812 au driver on vu solo2 from your attached file and i am getting this error
Execution progress: Cannot install package rtl8812au.
Collected error:
* opkg_install:
Not selecting rtl8812au git-r0due to incompatible architecture
unknown pacage 'rtl8812au'
execution finished

i also try to download the driver from the plugin download option for 8812au that also does not work.

please help.

The drivers is already installed into current BH images.
What IPK have you tried to install?

I have a device compatible with this driver (Edimax EW-7811DAC with RTL8821AU).
But it is connected to VU+ Zero wit the newest VTi image, kernel 3.13.5.
Please can you make this driver for VU+ Zero too?
This version is not listed in the downloads post.

Driver is already included into latest BH images and it's not avaible as separate download (Zero has been rleased after the creation of this thread and the driver status has been already marked as stable when the box is release).
I don't know if/when compile separate download package for boxes not listed here.

The Driver 8812au is not work properly for:
CSL - USB 3.0 AC1200 WLAN Stick (1200AC Dual Band Stick)
ID 0BDA 8812

2,4Ghz Network works without problems but the 5Ghz Network does'nt work.

In the first post there is no IPK for Zero because the box has been placed on market after the creation of this thread.
The driver is included into BH image and not avaiable as spare IPK.

can you create me an IPK for the vu+ uero.

maybe you are right that this driver is included into the BH Image, but there are people like me who use other images on the vu+.

it would be very cool from you to create such an ipk.

If I've some spare time I'll create it.
You should ask your image team to include the driver you need into their image.
