Are you sure? Maybe you did an mistype. Wasn't it at 2012?
As far as i know, the latest firmware FPGA is ver. 4.5 (uno and ultimo)
Released sometime before BH1.7.7 (31. aug 2012)
If there exists a newer FPGA please let me know

When you did last FPGA update? If it was after August 2012, it's not necessary.

So, do an update. FPGA has nothing to do with an image, it's like a BIOS on PC.

All images for Ultimo can setup the 3rd tuner as DVB-T or DVB-C (it's a plug&play tuner with selectable tuner)
unit sees the tuner but does not find any signal on t or c settting on both t or c using the corrrect line input. maybe a setting i have missed or incorrect

Have you upgraded FPGA?
Have you setted up correctly the tuner into GUI?
I've moved recently the T/C tuner from Ultimo to Uno and works very good with a portable antenna for DVB-T services.
you need to update terrestrial.xml and cable.xml with frequencies accordingly to your location

I think it's not necessary, because actual BH2.0.1 rev. A files have all options on "AUTO". @paulrx: What is your location? And do this http://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/usb-tuner-howto-report-problems.621/ and in tuner settings set your correct location (Australia DVB-T/C frequencies, Europe DVB-T/C frequencies .......?)
uk I am new to this I have ultimo and a duo and only have carried out auto scan I don't have the latest image in as yet but will later today

For UK DVB-T channel search do: Menu > Set Up > Channel Search > Tuner Configuration > OK on your DVB-T tuner > Terrestrial Provider - select Europe (Africa, Middle East) DVB-T frequencies. Afterthen Restart and search channels

Cross Epg enabled (usb-stick) with rytec-denmark and rytec-sweden activated
Action prior to gsod:
Dripling around in standard multi epg
2. Epg setup when gsod occurred: (enigma2_crash_1363677751_EpgManualDownload.log)
Standard BH epg enabled (media/usb) with rytec-nordic activated
Cross Epg disabled
Action prior to gsod:
Deactivated rytec-denmark so only rytec-nordic is active
(Did not reboot)
Manual epg download
