You've got it set to DVB-S, you need to set it to DVB-S2, where it states System, by scrolling to it and hitting the right/left hand button, on the centre control.

In settings, tuner, or other settings.
You could check if this is a Horizontal proble, by trying a vertical option.
10818 Vertical DVB-S2 8PSK 23000 3/4
Try both Tuner A, and Tuner B, if that fails try a non HD transponder:

11344 Vertical 27500 DVB-S, both Tuner A, and tuner B, this should bring up Legend, amongst other channels.

The photo shows no signal. It says the file is too big to upload. It was just showing All the transponder details. The dish was set up today by a sattelite engineer and he also checked my sky dish. Both are spot on

At least we now know Tuner A is getting a signal, now try the frequencies, I've posted, including the DVB-s channels.

I see one photo, showing Tuner A has a 69% SNR, which is your signal quality.

Why didn't the engineer try scanning in any HD channels?
