Where do you back up
is that OK
I have re-installed the image three times so far without any problems
including upgrade after installation.
My backup goes to hard drive
1. Install the image without using backup files
2.Upgrade image

E' un bug risolto ma per aggiornare devi solo per questa volta mettere un attimo la lingua inglese poi aggiornare e poi puoi rimettere italiano dopo aggiornamento e tutto torna a posto.

If you meant if it's possible also by the GUI (as there had been issues in .004), yes.
If you don't have already OBH 5.0 installed and you are on a previous version, of course not: an update is only within the same "family", otherwise it's an upgrade.

I didn't quite get the need for creating another website/forum - it would have been much better if an exception could be made for this device on this site, in terms of support & image downloads.
Will it be possible to find same support stuff on that forum as well? For example will Matrix10 be there for questions/problems about skins?

Instead, I find the new forum perfectly logical and coherent with the new OBH policy: to be released, step by step, also for non VU+ boxes. This forum is only for VU+ product and images only for VU+; the other one is general, for the whole world of OBH, and this makes sense.
Can't you ask for support here or there?
It's not a matter of making an exception: they are going to produce many exceptions and this forum is better if stays as it is.

Yes, slowly discovering after having registered on the other site, that many more brands are in queue for OBH support, which is wonderful.
Can't wait to have OBH running again after years, with my beloved skins
