Why you can not make updates?
Your location is not far from mine and i can make updates.

Check your network
or install the image again
 
The latest version is 4.2.007, and you should be able to update soon.
Did you load the temporary fix, for updating, while the forum was down?
 
I have a similar issue. I cannot update from OBH 4.2.008 on openmultiboot image. Already tried 'Online Updates' and Telnet (opkg update && opkg upgrade) many times. I have successfully updated the flash image to OBH 4.2.010

This happened to me a few weeks back too with an earlier version of OBH 4.2 in and simplest solution was to start again with a clean install.

My box is Vu+Uno 4K.

Unfortunately, still not resolved for me. Just tried again and menu method still says 'Nothing to upgrade' and Telnet method also doesn't update anything.

Remember, this failure to update only happens with OBH 4.2 in OPENMULTIBOOT. The same image in flash updated ok to OBH 4.2.008.

If you have solved your issues, with a new flash process, we are happy with it!
I gave a solution to @Frankye to see if it helps.
What is solved, is solved! If you have issues please post them!
But, please, if you haven´t now the same issues, you can give ideas for help other users, but please don´t cross posts.

Note: I have 4 Vuplus Stb´s running, and all of them at Open BlackHole 4.2.010 version even running it on Open Multiboot! :)

OK. not sure why it refuses to update my Open Multiboot image. Maybe I will not update the one in flash again in future. Anyways, I will fix with clean install again.

Are you try all reboot ? Box/router/etc ?
I think your problem is from time when was problem with server and he was offline five days.
After this time im was to reboot all and back to normal work.

That may have been the case then but I was aware of the server downtime and I doubt that was the problem then too.
I've tried reboot of box/router etc and still cannot update. I disabled my VPN as well but same.

I have no issues with the same image/network/setup on my other box, Vu+Solo2.
