Problemi scansione DTT.

Mi scuso per non aver segnalato prima il tutto in quanto convinto di averlo postato. In pratica il giorno successivo dell'ultimo post di @angelofsky1980 ho rifatto l'aggiornamento del FPGA (lo avevo già fatto a suo tempo) e subito dopo (ed anche ad oggi) tutto sembra essere stato risolto. Visto che ritengo che una propria esperienza possa essere di aiuto a qualcun'altro con lo stesso problema (visto anche che al mio ultimo post più nessuno mi ha saputo suggerire nulla), mi sembrava doveroso il tutto.
