Review Vu+ Solo2 By Black Hole

Hello all!

i have been on Dm800hd now for years and I almost can't hold back anymore back to buy Solo2. But since i am OpenPLi user I have one important question:

Does BH image support automatic subtitle/audio language selection?

I am sure the rest is as it should be....

Not Black Hole.
But you will have for sure OpenPli for Solo2 in the next future and Black Pole image that is Pli based.

What is this? XBMC in VU+?
Is this instead of Blackhole IMG? Or is it just a "build in app" BH(or other IMG`s)?

I have a Xtreamer with XBMC and are very happy with that one. But it could be very interesting with XBMC in VU+
 
This is a different project for a different future Vu+ box named: Prism Cube.
The current Vu+ box and images have nothing to do with Prism Cube that will run on a different machine architeture (Not Broadcom Mipsel)
 
Hi guys, i am not crazy and i think it doesnt matter if i have 1 or 200 posts here..maybe i received a faulty box or maybe its a software problem, i dont know! I will post some videos to see with your eyes, i tried more images and the freezing remains there! Happy New Year to Everyone!

If the freezing is on pay tv channels only, it will not be an issue with your box or any image, it will be what you are using to decrypt those channels and that is something you are not allowed to talk about on this board.

If you have the freezing issue's on free to air channels and you have a good strong and stable signal for these channels, then that is another matter.
 
Mine arrived today i have ultimo and uno as well i well tell in evening how good solo2 tuner is as compare to uno and ultimo

cant wait to go home and test

I have done a very quick test with the Solo2 on the tuner sensitivity against my Uno and so far can see no difference apart from 7° west with some frequencys actually reporting a 10% loss of signal on the Solo2 comapred to the Uno. Ass i say it was a very quick test and some more in depth testing needs to be done but on first test Tuners dont seem any different at all.

Please do some additional tests because tuner sensitivity seems to be a big issue and a lot of information is missing about that topic.
