Vu+ Uno4K Tested for You !!!

There is no dvb-s2x support for Uno4K.

The tuner looks like it will support it, but the chipset used in the Uno4K does not look like it does.

It is possible that Vuplus might have a work around for this later on (purely thinking out loud here), but the Ultimo4K uses the same tuners, so it might be that the Ultimo4K will support dvb-s2 but not the Uno4K.

Lets just forget about DVB-S2X for now ... does the vu do 16 or 32 APSK DVB-S2?

I honestly don't understand why manufactures don't specify what DVB-S2 modulations it can handle ...

OpenAtv have KODI 16.1 in the feed on plugins- extentions -KoDI play direct,after instalation ,works properly, but uses the media player from E2. *****? U must google for more , - ARM ***** for VU+. On my box is functional, just configure it by yourself. Or copy your config.

If you think about USB harddisk ,is possible.
I have not tested but USB stick is likely to slow for this purpose.

You can also use a network drive.
I have My Book Live | WD (cifs recording)
