Thanks for your report and I hope to update ASAP the driver with a new working version.
If you have an HDD or USB pendrive, you can attach the usbtuner0.log file here?

Hi everydody. Recently I joined the world of VU-Duo people, and I am wondering what Usb T stick to buy. On my Dreambox 800 I was using a Hauppage stick (Win TV-NOVA-T-HD Stick) with old
DE 1.3 in flash and the same image in multiboot (Meoboot) and had no problems to install it. Now I am wondering what to buy. Is any list of sticks that are compatible with the existing VU-Duo drivers. A list will help a lot of people.
Thanks,
Ledra

A complete list of supported devices is very difficult to produre.
You can see the various threads in this section to determine the device already tested by members and Team.

Hello.

First of all I have flashed receiver with new BlackHole V1.5

I have a OEM sinovideo SV-3420B USB DVB-T tuner and tried to installed today.
This device was purchased from ebay lately. Looks like this.
Same as most OEM sinovideo USB DVB-T tuners.
etbe219enob.jpg

The manufacturers Specifications
With E3C EC168 chipset.
With Maxliner 5003s silicone tuner.

I have been using it on my computer for 1-2 weeks.
Installed driver on computer is AF9015 USB DVB-T tuner.
Channel scan works fine and everything is ok. :victory:

Today after reading the news about new BH 1.5 image native support for
USB DVB-T tuners (Single/Dual/etc.)
and already supports devices with AF9015 I thought to gived a try.
The driver i have installed at VU+ Solo is AverMedia AVerTV Volar Black HD/HD+ (A850)/(A850+)
The DVB-T tuner is recognized and activated as AF9015.
I have set it up as European DVB-T tuner.
I have removed the RF cable from TV and connected it to USB DVB-T tuner but
neither Auto-scan or manual-scan find any services.

Am I missing something ? :fie:
Please Advise me.

Regards.

I suggest to use an external powered hub USB on Solo.

Already I am using
External Belkin 4 Port USB 2.0 Hub. Self Powered.(F5U404 BLK)

The hub you are using is self-powered: the power is catch by USB cable.
You should use an hub with external power supply to improove the data trought USB bus.

I still have a problem with DVB-T USB AF9015. The channels of the receiver can watch freely, but as I begin to switch to other channels after a while I have a black screen, and helps only a full restart tuner VU + DUO - angelofsky1980 wrote yesterday I bought a USB hub. Today I bought this USB hub and still have the problem that when switching from the tuner DVB-T USB AF9015 after a while I have a black screen and helps only a full restart tuner VU + DUO - USB hub that I bought today is of course an external power supply. Do not know if it's not the fault of drivers for the AF9015. Please help.

I have a problem also.

I have a AVerTV Volar Black HD and a Sinovideo Usb
the Volar works fine alone. I tried to install in the 1.5 BH version both but i cannot make them work.
I think that both use the same driver and i choosed in the install that both stick use the same driver Volar Black HD but none works.
When i choose 2 usb tuners with different driver and i choose both times the same Volar Black HD drivers then the volar works but the sinovideo dont.

What i must choose as matter the USB Panel to make them both work?
thx in advance

Ok drivers are the AF9015 for both devices but the second one (I think sinovideo) has some buggy feature inside.
We will try to fix it.
